I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care at Gateway Dental Practice. From the moment you walk into the dental office and are greeted by the friendly receptionist, you know you’re in good hands. The dental hygienists are very thorough, informative and gentle with the cleanings. They assess your overall health to gain a better understanding of dental issues. When my appointments are with Dr. Pallencaoe, she takes time to sit down, explain the procedure and answer any questions I may have. The dental assistants are right there making sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire treatment. All of the staff are so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I always know I’m getting the absolute best dental care in the most pleasant atmosphere possible.

I went to Gateway to get my teeth cleaned. After taking my blood pressure, my dentist saw it was high and recommended a local doctor to see. This was important because I am new to the Paso area and I did not have a doctor. It is difficult to get a specialist these days. I was very pleased with her dental work and how much she genuinely cared about ME.

I have been a patient of Dr. Edith Pallencaoe since moving to Paso Robles in 2005. I have been extremely satisfied with everything about this practice. The office is comfortable, everyone on the staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. The hygienists and technicians are very capable professionals. A written treatment plan is presented and Dr. Pallencaoe thoroughly explains the procedures. She is gentle, reassuring and attentive to her patient’s comfort. I have had many crowns, fillings and six veneers done and am very pleased with the results. On one occasion I was seen by Dr. McFarland and found her to be extremely competent and pleasant as well.
